• Job Portal – for managing job listings, applications, and candidate screening.
• TMS (Transport Management System) – to monitor logistics, delivery workflows, and fleet performance.
• POS (Point of Sales) – a customizable system for handling inventory, sales transactions, and reporting.
• eContract – a digital contract signing system that simplifies the sales team’s workflow when handling agreements with retail stores.
• BPR System – loan management for rural banks, from prospects and loan applications to approvals, installments and collection, with a mobile app for field sales and customers.
• Helpdesk – a ticketing system that routes internal and external issues to the right division, with live chat and an AI assistant.
• Portal SSO – single sign-on for all internal apps, so employees log in once with one account (including Google sign-in).
• Office network – replaced the default ISP modems (separate SSIDs, high ping, printing only within one network) with a MikroTik RB5009UG+S+ on three ISPs (up to 300/500/100 Mbps) and four Ruijie EW3000GX-PRO Wi-Fi 6 access points under one SSID, with per-device limits (office PCs 50 Mbps, other devices 30 Mbps), routing per device and app (YouTube on its own line), a printer shared across the office, and failover.
• Hotel & Restaurant Management System – to manage bookings, room availability, menus, reservations, and operational analytics.
